Wholly Woman Study

Meets weekly beginning September 17th through November 19th.

The study is based on 1 Thessalonians 5:23

 “May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.”

This 10 week class incorporates scripture, nutrition classes, exercise, and field trips. We alternate weeks focusing on God's word, the power of the word, application, the importance of exercise, actually exercising together, and discussing Biblically based nutrition, allowing for discussion and food demos.
